Cook up to 46-cup of finished cooked rice or generous portions of 3-ounce portions (74 servings) in approximately 30 minutes with this Commercial grade rice cooker. The unit is register as NSF (National Sanitation Foundation), so it is ideal for restaurant usage as well as the home. The unit shuts off automatically after keeping the rice warm for 2 hours, virtually eliminating or overcooking. In addition, specially sheathed heating elements heat the bottom pan directly, which minimizes heat loss in turn saves energy costs. For peace of mind, a built-in thermal safety fuse will protect the unit from possible overheating. The rice cookers stainless-steel lid helps keep in heat and moisture, white its anodized-aluminum-alloy dent-resistant pan lifer lifts easily out of the cooker to make washing and rinsing a breeze. Other highlights include a magnetic rice scoop holder, an indicator light and a 67-inch power cord. 1550-watt and 12.9-Amp.
